Lance Bass' dog's surgery worry

Former 'Nsync star Lance Bass spent Tuesday overcome with worry after his beloved dog underwent surgery.

The singer's pup Foster has been suffering with an infection in his leg, and the 33 year old took the canine to a veterinarian for an operation.

In a post on his Twitter.com page alongside a picture of his poorly pooch, Bass writes, "Foster (is) on pain meds! He didn't move from this position for 30 mins. (rare infection in his leg, in surgery now)."

Following the procedure, a delighted Bass told fans, "Very successful surgery."
