Kelly Osbourne fears her new memoir is too honest

Kelly Osbourne is terrified her 2017 memoir will upset family members and friends, because everything she writes about is the truth.

The TV personality has opened her heart about her past drug issues and her odd childhood as the daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne and his manager wife Sharon in the book, titled There is no F**king Secret, and now she's having second thoughts about releasing it, fearing she may have been too honest.

"It's letters to myself about the things that have happened to me in my life to make me the person that I am," Kelly tells Access Hollywood Live. "It's letters to all the situations, like my mum's cancer and my dad's accident, me having Lyme disease, rehab, friends, relationships... It's very honest and I'm absolutely terrified because there is not one thing in there that is a lie and it is just me.

"The reason I wanted to write it is because I'm so sick of people asking me, 'What's your secret?' I know I was a really awful child, but I've grown up now and this is what I did."

But there are some letters she'll never publish, adding, "At certain times in my life the only way I could communicate, especially when I was in rehab, was by writing letters to my family, letters that I hope people never read that are in my draft box, that I have no intention of sending."

Among the letters she has published in the book is one she addressed to her vagina, adding, "The first sentence is: 'Warning: if you are a member of my family, do not read this chapter!'"
