Kanye West and Kim Kardashian visit Lamar Odom in hospital

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian paid a visit to ailing sports star Lamar Odom in hospital for Thanksgiving on Thursday (26Nov15).

The couple was spotted driving into the parking lot of the Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles, where Khloe Kardashian's estranged husband faces a long road to recovery after being found unresponsive in a Las Vegas brothel in October (15).

Khloe also told fans she would be visiting Lamar, writing on her website, "After our family Thanksgiving dinner is over, I invite friends to join, especially friends who don't have family around. So we have a family Thanksgiving, a friends Thanksgiving, and this year I will also be having a hospital Thanksgiving."

Khloe hosted the family Thanksgiving dinner for her second annual year and shared pictures of the preparations and lavish dinner settings on Instagram.com. She wrote, "We all know that's no small feat. My family is pretty large and extended. I cook and bake it all!"

Kim, who is heavily pregnant with her second child, shared a picture of the whole Kardashian/Jenner clan posing outdoors. It included Kanye, Caitlyn and Kris Jenner, Kris' new boyfriend Corey Gamble, Kylie Jenner and her boyfriend Tyga, Kourtney Kardashian, her three children and her ex-partner Scott Disick, who reportedly left rehab this month (Nov15) following treatment for drug and alcohol addiction.

Khloe previously spoke of Lamar's recovery, saying, "He's OK... Every day is different. The good thing is he's off of medical machines that will keep him alive. He's learning how to walk again and learning... cognitive therapy and speech therapy. They (doctors) think, like, within a year-and-a-half to two years that, mentally, he might be fully recovered. But they don't know."
