Justin Bieber issues apology over nude Instagram photo
Pop superstar Justin Bieber has apologized to anyone he may have offended with his cheeky nude photo after deciding to remove the image from his Instagram.com page.
The Boyfriend hitmaker hit headlines on Tuesday (07Jul15) after uploading the shot, which featured Bieber standing naked on the deck of a boat, pointing at a shoreline in the distance while on vacation in Bora Bora.
The snap, which was simply captioned, "Look", was taken from
behind, leaving his butt completely exposed, and fans were quick to
notice and share the photo, which received more than 1.2 million
'likes' within hours of being posted.
However, Bieber has since opted to take down the picture after
realizing it wasn't age-appropriate for some of his younger
followers.
Taking to Instagram on Saturday (11Jul15), he wrote, "Hey I Deleted
the photo of my butt on Instagram not because I thought it was bad
but someone close to me's daughter follows me and she was
embarrassed that she saw my butt and I totally wasn't thinking in
that aspect (sic). And I felt awful that she felt bad.
"To anyone I may have offended I'm so sorry. It was completely pure
hearted as a joke but didn't take in account there are littles
(little kids) following me (sic)!!! Love u guys".
Meanwhile, the singer is having a low-key weekend after having his
wisdom teeth removed earlier on Saturday (11Jul15), just five days
after his pal Ariana Grande underwent the same procedure.
Sharing the surgery news on Twitter, Bieber wrote, "Got the wisdom
teeth pulled. No fun. Glad it's over. Going back to sleep.
Goodnight".
