Justin Bieber and Bon Jovi at center of AEG Live lawsuit

Justin Bieber and Bon Jovi are at the center of a new lawsuit filed by a New York fan, who alleges concert promoters at AEG Live intentionally withheld tickets to the artists' concerts in order to sell them to brokers.

Jessica Pollard has hit bosses at the major event company with a suit claiming they are violating the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, a law which prohibits promoters from keeping more than five per cent of tickets for a single concert or sporting event.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ.com, Pollard says she was forced to pay inflated prices for tickets to a Bon Jovi concert in 2010 and a Bieber show in 2013, because AEG Live executives allegedly kept more than five per cent of the tickets available to the two events in order to sell them directly to brokers, who in turn sold them at vastly inflated prices.

Pollard is suing on behalf of attendees of both the Bieber and Bon Jovi concerts.
