Julianne Hough tears ligament in foot

Actress Julianne Hough is back on her feet after tearing a ligament in her foot.

The Footloose beauty resumed her exercise regime this week (beg10Mar14) after damaging her foot two months ago (Jan14).

Hough revealed the full extent of her injury in a series of pictures posted on Instagram.com on Thursday (13Mar14).

The snaps show her at home with thick black cast around her foot and having to use crutches.

She writes, "When I tore a ligament in my foot almost 2 months ago! Thank heavens for Dr Dustin who whipped me back in shape with no surgery needed! 4th day of working out since it happened... Man does it feel good to be back on the grind!!! Wahoo!!!"
