Jessica Lowndes splits from Jeremy Bloom

Actress Jessica Lowndes has split from former Olympic athlete Jeremy Bloom after nearly a year of dating, according to a U.S. report.

The 90210 star was first linked to the sportsman, who competed for the Winter Olympics ski team, last May (12), but their relationship has now come to an end, according to New York Post gossip column Page Six.

A source tells the publication the stars have "gone their separate ways" and put the split down to the difficulties in sustaining a long distance relationship. Lowndes lives in California while filming her TV show and Bloom resides in New York.
