Jenny McCarthy's son reports her to police for texting and driving

Jenny Mccarthy's son Evan landed the actress/TV personality in trouble with the law by reporting her for texting and driving.

The Scary Movie 3 star, who is engaged to Donnie Wahlberg, was trying to multi-task behind the wheel and her "rule follower" 12 year old decided to call the police.

She says, "We're driving in the car and of course I text and drive. He called the police on me and said, 'My mom is texting and driving right now'. True story."

It is not the first time young Evan has called the police - he once panicked when his mom stepped outside for a sneaky cigarette and he didn't know where she was: "He called 911 and said, 'I am alone in the house. My mom abandoned me'. I go back in the house and it's 911 and they're like, 'Your child just called. Is there an emergency?' I'm like, 'What? No! Everything is fine'."
