Jada Pinkett Smith addresses marriage troubles rumour
Jada Pinkett Smith has spoken out to silence gossip suggesting her marriage to Hollywood superstar Will Smith is in trouble.
The couple has been married since 1997 and has three children together, including actor Jaden and pop star Willow, and the relationship has come under close scrutiny over the last few months, with rumours suggesting the stars are living separate lives.
However, Pinkett Smith is adamant reports of an imminent split are
nothing but rumours.
She tells French magazine Gala, "Every year, one celebrity couple
is under the microscope. This year, unluckily, it's us! I almost
want to say that we should have been expecting it. Will and I know
the truth. We're waiting peacefully for the storm to blow over.
"These rumours are completely untrue. I travel a lot because of my
work, just like Will does... But our lifestyle hasn't changed.
Before we had the kids, we were already far away from each other
quite often because of separate projects."
When asked whether they are now living apart, the actress exclaims,
"That's ridiculous. We've always lived together."
