Halle Berry's ex suffers delay in child support appeal

Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry has suffered in a delay in his request for increased child support from the actress due to incomplete paperwork.

The former couple has been embroiled in a messy court fight over daughter Nahla since its split in 2010, and in March (12), the model and entrepreneur filed legal papers seeking at least $15,000-a-month from Berry to rent a home and keep their little girl in the comfortable surroundings she has become accustomed to.

He is also demanding the actress pay his $500,000 legal bill.

The case returned to a Los Angeles court on Thursday (03May12), but the issue was continued as Aubry had not completed the necessary paperwork correctly, according to TMZ.com.

Berry previously asked a judge for permission to move from Los Angeles to her fiance Olivier Martinez's native France, amid fears for her family's safety after multiple run-ins with an alleged stalker.
