Gal Gadot in talks to dive Deeper with Bradley Cooper

Actress Gal Gadot is preparing to suit up for a new supernatural diving drama with Bradley Cooper.

The Wonder Woman star is in talks to join the cast of Deeper, about a disgraced astronaut who challenges himself to dive to the bottom of a newly-discovered trench in the ocean, believed to be the lowest point on Earth, reports Deadline.com.

Cooper will star as the space man-turned-deep sea diver, who encounters strange forces underwater, while White God filmmaker Kornel Mundruczo will direct from a script written by Max Landis.

If Gadot signs on, it will be her first non-DC Comics adaptation on her slate of future projects.

She will return as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince in Justice League, which hits theaters in November (17), and reprise her superhero role for the sequel to Wonder Woman, as well as a spin-off to The Flash movie, titled Flashpoint.
