Eva Marcille reconciles with Kevin McCall after winning restraining order

Model-turned-actress Eva Marcille appears to have reconciled with her rapper boyfriend Kevin Mccall, days after obtaining a restraining order against her baby's father.

The former America's Next Top Model winner and The Young and the Restless star filed papers in a court late last month (Mar14), accusing McCall of kicking in doors at their home during a heated argument and attempting to snatch their two-month-old daughter Marley Rae from her arms, reports TMZ.com.

She was granted the temporary protection order on 28 March (14), when a judge ordered McCall to stay at least 100 yards (91.44 meters) away from Marcille.

But it seems the couple is back on good terms and is paying no mind to the ruling - Marcille shared photos of the pair cuddling with baby Marley on her Instagram.com blog on Friday (04Apr14), alongside the simple caption, "#familyfirst".

Neither Marcille nor McCall have commented on the restraining order.
