Diane Kruger's The Bridge canceled after two seasons

Inglourious Basterds star Diane Kruger and Demian Bichir's TV drama The Bridge has been axed after two seasons.
Bosses at the FX Network announced on Tuesday (21Oct14) they are not moving forward with a third season of the crime drama, after struggling to find a solid fan base.
The series centers on U.S. and Mexico border tensions, and two
police officers from each country, played by Kruger and Bichir,
working together to catch a serial killer.
The program won a prestigious Peabody Award last year (13) for its
"its rare, non-stereotypical depiction of two cultures rubbing
against and informing each other".
