Demi Lovato: 'I'm not selling rented home'

Demi Lovato has dismissed reports suggesting she's selling her Los Angeles-area home, insisting the pad isn't hers to put on the market.

The singer has just returned home from dates in Europe, with dreams of throwing a big Christmas party for family members and friends, and she took to Twitter.com on Monday (01Dec14) to clarify stories about a house sale.

Lovato wrote, "1. I RENTED the house when I was 15 for 2 years 2. Renting is NOT owning 3. Stop trying to start a fire where there is none."

Bloggers and tabloid gossip writers suggested she was moving out of the Toluca Lake home after falling out with ex-pal Miley Cyrus, who lives nearby.
