David Beckham surprises fans with photo booth visit

David Beckham stunned fans in London on Monday (23Jul12) when he made a surprise appearance at a shopping centre.

The sportsman shocked devotees and even reduced one young boy to tears of joy when he unexpectedly stepped into a photo booth at the Westfield Stratford City mall, where families were having pictures taken as part of a publicity drive.

Beckham embraced his fans and posed for photos for Adidas' Take The Stage campaign to showcase the London Olympics and talent across the U.K.

He tells Britain's Daily Mail newspaper, "It was a unique experience for me and the people who took part and there were some great reactions when we surprised them in the photo booth."
