Daniel Radcliffe: 'Talk of hiatus from acting is overblown'
Daniel Radcliffe has assured fans that reports of an acting hiatus have been overblown - he's just taking a two-week break after he's finished promoting his new movie Kill Your Darlings.
The actor told Britain's Daily Star he was planning some downtime in New York City after back to back acting jobs, but he insists it won't amount to anything more than a little vacation.
He tells WENN, "I'm taking, like, a two-week break. That's what
that is. I said in an interview that at the end of (play) The
Cripple of Inishmaan that I was probably gonna take some time off
this month which I am. But not for any length of time."
And he already has a start date for his next major project - next
month (Nov13).
He adds, "I start my next job, Frankenstein, in November, so I'm
not taking a break. I'm playing Igor, the hunchback assistant. I'm
very excited and James McAvoy is playing the doctor. It's gonna be
a lot of fun, I think."
