Ciara and Russell Wilson to wed this week - report
Ciara and Russell Wilson are reportedly tying the knot in England on Wednesday (06Jul16).
The R&B beauty and football star were photographed in Liverpool on Tuesday (05Jul16), for what is believed to be the rehearsal dinner ahead of their nuptials, according to Us Weekly.
In the shots, Ciara wears a flowing white gown as her fiance dons
an all-black ensemble while they walk hand-in-hand into the Titanic
Hotel, with snappers taking photos of the happy couple.
A source tells the publication Ciara and Russell will be exchanging
vows in front of more than 100 family members and friends,
including the singer's reported bridesmaids, Kelly Rowland, Lala
Anthony, and Serena Williams, who is currently in the U.K.
competing at the Wimbledon tennis championships in London.
Ciara, who reportedly had her bachelorette party in Las Vegas last
month (Jun16), began dating the Seattle Seahawks quarterback in
April, 2015 and they became engaged in March (16).
Reports of their impending wedding comes on the same day it emerged
Ciara has filed court papers alleging she fears her ex-fiance
Future will act on his threats to shoot her future husband.
The Goodies beauty dumped Future in August, 2014, just three months
after the birth of their son, Future Zahir, and their split turned
nasty earlier this year (Feb16), when Ciara filed a $15 million
defamation lawsuit against her ex.
In her legal documents, the R&B singer accused the rapper of
knowingly making false and defamatory statements about her
parenting skills on social media, but the rapper fired back with
his own lawsuit and asked the judge overseeing their dispute to
dismiss his case against Ciara.
However, the 30-year-old mom moved forward with the complaint, and
noted in the papers she is worried about the multiple references
Future has allegedly made about causing harm to her new beau on
social media and in song.
Ciara goes on to brand Future's reported behavior "frightening" and
"socially irresponsible", especially in light of "a recent rash of
gun violence" in the U.S.
