Chrissy Teigen: 'My little girl won't eat anything I cook'
Chrissy Teigen has been handed the ultimate snub in the kitchen - her daughter hates her cooking.
The model and TV personality prides herself on her culinary skills and admits daughter Luna's criticism really upsets her.
During a taped episode of top chef Rachael Ray's daytime show, which will air on Friday (19May17), Chrissy, who released the cookbook Cravings last year (16), said, "If I try to steam green beans or puree them, she will not eat that. She loves my mom's scalloped potatoes and she loves real food, but she will NOT eat my own food, which kind of breaks my heart... I take it personally!"
But the 31-year-old admits her fussy one year old will gobble anything her daddy John Legend shoves in her mouth.
"If John feeds her, she’ll be like 'Dada! Dada!' and she'll eat anything!" Teigen added.
The stunner doesn't feel bad about raising a daddy's girl, because she loves watching her man with his little girl.
"I knew he would be the best father to a little girl," she told People magazine last year. "I picked the girl from her little embryo. I picked her and was like, 'Let's put in the girl'."
"I think I was most excited and allured by the fact that John would be the best father to a little girl. That excited me," she explained. "Just the thought of seeing him with a little girl. I think he deserves a little girl. I think he deserves that bond."
John and Chrissy went through in vitro fertilization to get little Luna, who was born in April, 2016.
