Chris Brown bags bargain home

Chris Brown is set to move to the Hollywood Hills after a long-running dispute with neighbors prompted him to leave his last property in Los Angeles.

The Look At Me Now hitmaker vacated his West Hollywood condo earlier this month (Nov11) after locals constantly complained about noise levels at his property and accused him of occupying disabled parking spaces.

Chris Brown claimed he had been unfairly targeted by other neighbors, but he decided to quit the area and has now purchased a lavish pad in an affluent area nearby.

His new home boasts three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a pool and an elevator - and Brown snapped up the house for the bargain price of $1.59 million, reports TooFab.com.
