Beyonce launches vegan diet program
Beyonce is encouraging fans to give up animal products by launching her own vegan diet scheme.
The Irreplaceable singer and her rapper husband Jay Z have overhauled the way they eat in recent years, giving up meat and dairy in favour of simple plant-based meals.
Beyonce is now sharing her secrets by teaming up with fitness
trainer Marco Borges, the brains behind the 22 Days Nutrition plan,
to launch a new vegan meal delivery service.
The pop star says of the scheme, "I am so grateful that I took the
challenge and credit Marco with leading by example... He came up
with a great program to get people motivated to make better
nutritional choices. All you have to do is try. If I can do it,
anyone can. I am excited to partner with him."
Beyonce's home delivery meals include a sesame cabbage lentil bowl
and winter beans with zesty-parsley quinoa.
