Angelina Jolie played angry humanitarian again during a U.N. Security Council meeting on Friday (24Apr15) as she briefed world powers on the Syrian refugee crisis.

The United Nations High Commission for Refugees special envoy was in New York to talk about her experiences with those fleeing from Syria during her 10 visits to the region in recent years, and urged the dignitaries and aid officials to do more to help them.

The Unbroken director said, "We cannot look at Syria and the evil that has arisen from the ashes of indecision and think this is not the lowest point in the world's inability to protect and defend the innocent."

She added, "I've visited people over and over in the last decade. I've been to some camps four times (and) people just haven't moved. It makes me very angry."
