Adam Levine brushes off speculation about Sexiest Man Alive title
Rocker Adam Levine has brushed off speculation he is about to be named this year's Sexiest Man Alive by People magazine editors, insisting he knows nothing about the rumored honor.
Publication bosses will reveal Channing Tatum's successor next week (beg18Nov13), and reports suggest the Maroon 5 frontman is the frontrunner to land the coveted cover of the annual hot men issue.
Levine was quizzed about the honor during an appearance on U.S.
breakfast show Today on Friday (15Nov13), but clearly didn't want
to talk about the story, telling anchorwoman Savannah Guthrie, "It
would be an interesting idea... but I know nothing."
Levine, who is engaged to marry Victoria's Secret model Behati
Prinsloo next year (14), has featured in People's Sexiest Man Alive
issue before but he has never landed the cover and the title.
