Welcome to younghollywood. com.
Hey, young Hollywood, I'm Kristen Reeds here with Colin Hanks at the Venice Secret known as La Cabaña.
I know you ordered something here.
What do we got?
This is the Carne Adobada.
I don't really know what is in the Carne Adobada.
I just know it's a pork of some sort that's deliciously flavored.
And uh it's one of my favorites.
You started kind of in the TV with Roswell back in the day.
Mhm.
And then you did Orange County, the movie.
What do you like the most?
You're just like working.
I like doing stuff that's different and something that's interesting and something that's challenging and and Mad Men is definitely probably the most challenging thing I've ever done.
So I'm playing a priest.
I can't get more out of my wheelhouse than playing a Jesuit priest.
So, uh have you given any thought to who you might be voting for?
I'm not sure yet.
I definitely won't listen to what Simon says.
He is just so mean.
I usually always agree with Paula and Randy.
Oh.
Oh, you meant the President of the United States.
Now, how was it actually filming that movie with Anna Faris?
She looks like in super good shape.
She apparently worked very, very hard for that body.
I would imagine so.
This one was a fun one.
And did you actually get to film at the mansion?
I did not.
They did.
They shot there, but I I felt that it would have been poor form to show up at the mansion when they were shooting and and I wasn't in the scenes.
But the after party was at the Playboy Mansion.
It was.
And uh it was a shindig of all shindigs.
And I got a tour of the uh the grounds and saw the game room and the monkey cages and this, that, the other thing.
You don't live in Los Angeles anymore.
You're a New Yorker.
What do you say is probably the major difference about the people?
I think in New York, it's just people interact a whole lot more.
I mean, it's a small island.
And what else do you like to do when you come to L. A.?
It may sound really strange, but I just like going on hikes in the hills.
Yeah, I guess you can't really hike in New York.
Well, you can take a hike, but that's really it.
So,
And you got your whole family here.
I got the whole family here, so I get a lot of home-cooked meals, which are nice.
It's one of the reasons why I don't have the Carne Adobada nearly as much as I probably could have because I'm always having the home-cooked meal.
Speaking of which, I'm going to have another bite of this delicious food.
Well, I'm going to take a bite, too.
Of your beans.
Of my beans?
Dear young people who watch young people from Hollywood, I don't really have much advice except for don't be in a rush 'cause I'm not.
And I had a tasty meal while I was waiting.
