What's going on guys? This is Young Hollywood and today we are on the blue carpet about to talk to the cast of Stranger Things. All right, are you ready? Hi Charlie, how's it going?

Charlie Heaton

Good, yeah.

Young Hollywood

I just want to call you Jonathan. Do you

Charlie Heaton

Well, I guess that would make sense. Yeah. It would make sense. People do that. People go, "Hey Jonathan." And I'm like, "Yeah it's it's Yeah." Like, "Yeah, it's my second name now."

Young Hollywood

You're probably used to answering it. Well, you look amazing. I love this green. And look at your blue shoelaces.

Charlie Heaton

I know yeah, they're pretty And you can't Oh you can see them.

Young Hollywood

You match the carpet.

Charlie Heaton

I do yeah. I That was planned.

Young Hollywood

I love it. Well, tell me about this little break you've had.

Charlie Heaton

I just finished shooting our new mutants. Oh, amazing. Congratulations. Yeah. So, it's a spin off of uh it's a new spin off of the X-Men franchise. I mean, this is the first time I've had powers, you know, I I would have loved to have powers in Stranger Things. It would have been really cool.

Young Hollywood

But now you get to do it.

Charlie Heaton

But now I get to have powers and you know, something else.

Young Hollywood

I am here with the beautiful Natalia Dyer. How are you?

Stranger Things's Natalia Dyer

I'm great. I'm great. How are you?

Young Hollywood

I'm great. You look amazing. Your eyes match your dress. I don't think I've ever seen that before.

Stranger Things's Natalia Dyer

I was feeling very, you know, we had some rain here and now the sun's out.

Young Hollywood

Well, you always look so fabulous. Do you have any designers or any fashion trends that you're absolutely loving right now?

Stranger Things's Natalia Dyer

Oh my gosh. I tend to run pretty cold anyway. So, I still do sweaters. Still wearing turtlenecks.

Young Hollywood

I heard you came in with a red coat on over your look tonight.

Stranger Things's Natalia Dyer

I did. I have a coat. It's Fila and I still have a coat. I love that coat though. Yeah, red uh red is a good one for me. I like red a lot. Um yeah. I don't know. I uh overalls are always my go-to though. When it starts getting warm, I just love a good pair of overalls.

Young Hollywood

If you could choose three words for season three with how you're envisioning the script, what would your three words be?

Stranger Things's Natalia Dyer

Oh, this is such a hard question. I don't know it's gonna be like whatever I say it's just the brothers are gonna be able to write so much better. What do you think about season three? You have to leave it up to the Duffers to like come up with something incredible and they do. You know, I really trust the way that they weave these characters. So, the fact that we have a time jump, you know, it's kind of just so hard to say what's happened because it could have been so dramatic.

Young Hollywood

Well, we see romance, a little more Nancy and Jonathan.

Stranger Things's Natalia Dyer

We probably will hopefully see some more romance I guess but Yeah, I kinda just like to let it you know fall the scripts fall into my lap and be like, "Oh!"

Young Hollywood

It would be such a surprise when you read it.

Stranger Things's Natalia Dyer

Oh, always. Yeah, that's the best part is when we're doing table reads. I mean like no nobody's seen anything and we're like just turning the pages together and we're like, "Can you believe?" Like you're reading the book for the first time and you have no idea what's happened. It really is. It's a lot of fun.

Young Hollywood

Knowing all that you know now, do you have any advice for high schoolers currently?

Stranger Things's Natalia Dyer

This is the most cliché thing but it's so true once you're out of it. Just like be yourself and like don't try to cater to you know, fit in to like anyone group and you know, just the whole thing of like who's popular and who's not it really doesn't matter, you know. It's it's hard to it's hard to say that to high schoolers when they're in it because they're so in it and I know it's so real but like it gets it really doesn't matter once you're out of there. It really doesn't matter. So enjoy yourself. And find yourself.
