So You Thought You Could Dance Pt.2

Welcome to younghollywood. com. I am Jaman for Young Hollywood and TV Guide Online here with Chelsea T and Chris. Your time is come to an end on so you think you can dance, but you guys are coming out of this with a great attitude, a positive attitude. Why is that?

I was so excited just because this doesn't mean the end. It's not it wasn't the destination. You know what I mean? It was it was a journey and every day on the show was a piece of that journey and a part of the journey and a learning experience. I'm just stoked because I really cannot wait to see what's going to happen next. Just to be in the top 20 is absolutely insane and then to be a part of it for three weeks, it's been the best three weeks of my life.

Explain what your hours are really like. I mean, it's hard, hard work. Sometimes you don't sleep. Sometimes, you know, it's a mental game. So, often times you get such different feedback from the judges. How do you decipher and process that towards your next performance?

Nigel has his own credits in the dance industry. Mary Murphy is like a genius in ballroom. They're all spectacular in what they do and any little nugget of information that I can receive from them, I would take into my own bank of information and to perfect my art. I thought I was being intense in the jazz piece. I thought I was giving it my all, but then when I watched it, I'm like, oh, I could have done that so much harder, you know, like so I can see kind of what the judges are saying and where they're coming from.

So, the judges have such dynamic personalities. Are they like their onscreen persona?

Mary, she was a little bit more chilled than she comes off on the TV show, but I mean, I loved her energy because she got hyped off of watching others dance. I get hyped off watching others dance. So, I am like right there with her. I mean, do I scream like that? No, I have my own way.

Do you have a favorite judge?

They really are all amazing and just to be up on stage and having them critique you is just it's an honor.
