Young Hollywood

Hey guys, it's Tracy with Young Hollywood.

Young Hollywood

I am walking down the famous Shark Tank, the hallway of dreams.

Young Hollywood

Ready to talk to the sharks?

Young Hollywood

Season 10.

Young Hollywood

Let's go.

Young Hollywood

So, we were talking earlier, he thinks I've been here for the entire 10 seasons.

Mark Cuban

Longer than I have.

Mark Cuban

I literally I I'm an OG.

Mark Cuban

If you try to scam me, I'm gonna beat the head off of you.

Young Hollywood

He yeah, takes two seconds for you to figure that out, right?

Mark Cuban

Boom, yeah, yeah.

Mark Cuban

No, there's a car right there, there's all kinds of things.

Young Hollywood

Yeah, there there's actually a legitimate car.

Young Hollywood

That's why we couldn't stand over there.

Young Hollywood

Things are getting real.

Mark Cuban

Things are getting real.

Mark Cuban

After every shoot, we do play Sharks and Minnows and this is our 10th season.

Mark Cuban

This is our season.

Mark Cuban

We're on our 200th episode, which is crazy.

Young Hollywood

Looking back on this entire decade, is there a moment, an experience, or anything that just like stands out as like that was something that actually happened?

Mark Cuban

Uh-huh.

Mark Cuban

Four years ago when Young Hollywood came on and did.

Mark Cuban

No, I mean, there's just so many.

Mark Cuban

We sold one of the companies that came on here five years ago for a lot of money.

Mark Cuban

It was great.

Mark Cuban

It was a company called Cycloramic, and they had a software app that when you put it on an iPhone 5 back in the day and you put it on a flat surface, it would bounce around and take panoramic pictures of everything, which is really cool.

Mark Cuban

Shot up to number one in the iPhone store.

Mark Cuban

And then iPhone changed the iPhone 5 to make it look like the 6, and it didn't work anymore.

Mark Cuban

So this guy, um Bruno, we had to change his whole company, got into all this computer vision stuff.

Mark Cuban

He just sold the company three months ago for $22 million in stock and the stock has tripled.

Mark Cuban

So now it's like more than a $50 million deal.

Mark Cuban

I made some money, he made a lot of money, and he started it with like $500 in his garage and just cashed out.

Mark Cuban

So that's probably where dreams are made.

Young Hollywood

Where dreams are made.

Young Hollywood

That is an example of the decade of dreams right there.

Young Hollywood

Right there in the Shark Tank.

Young Hollywood

But I feel like that's an example of just the fact that like the one thing that's so cool about the show is that you're evolving with the times.

Young Hollywood

You know, like like business is changing, entrepreneurship in America is always changing.

Young Hollywood

You guys are like on the forefront of that, which Do you think that's what keeps it so relevant and real?

Mark Cuban

Yep.

Mark Cuban

Without question.

Mark Cuban

I mean the deals we used to get when I first came on were kind of silly.

Mark Cuban

Like we had fart candles, we had I want to draw the potato one, the potato with a message.

Young Hollywood

Yeah, that was Kevin's deal.

Mark Cuban

Yeah, the potato message, you know, I want to draw a cat for you.

Mark Cuban

Now, we're getting deals that are a lot more advanced companies that still start small and can start anywhere around the country, but when they come on now, they're more sophisticated because they've been watching the show 10 years.

Mark Cuban

And we can't use our same tricks that we used to use all the time, because everybody's watched the show and they've seen the repeats and they've seen every episode five times.

Mark Cuban

So the sharks fed up their games.

Young Hollywood

He still kind of crushed people.

Mark Cuban

Without question.

Young Hollywood

Your favorite thing to do is just crush scam.

Mark Cuban

It's just too easy.

Mark Cuban

It's just too easy.

Mark Cuban

Oh yeah, if you come on here as a scam artist, it's over, right?

Mark Cuban

Because if you come on trying to Because look, there's tens of millions of people that watch every episode, and they're going to be watching it for years.

Mark Cuban

And so I don't want someone to, you know, think that this new supplement's going to lose them 20 pounds in three days or, you know, this is going to save the world.

Mark Cuban

if if, you know, if they're they're tossing out the nonsense, I'm going to crush their dreams.

Mark Cuban

Just you can't.

Mark Cuban

Can't mess with this one.

Mark Cuban

You can't get by me.

Mark Cuban

You can't get by me.

Mark Cuban

Maybe you can get by one of us, but you can't get by five of us.

Young Hollywood

Um, okay, so in honor of season 10, everything is about, okay, the entrepreneurs have to pitch you.

Young Hollywood

Right.

Young Hollywood

So let's turn the tables around for a little for a second for a second.

Young Hollywood

So you got 10 seconds.

Mark Cuban

Mhm.

Young Hollywood

To pitch yourself.

Young Hollywood

Why are you the best shark for someone to partner with?

Mark Cuban

I know my stuff.

Mark Cuban

I can afford to grow with you.

Mark Cuban

I'll answer every question.

Mark Cuban

If if you've seen it, I've seen it 10 times and we're going to make a lot of money together.

Mark Cuban

Bam, done.

Mark Cuban

Write me the check.

Young Hollywood

Was that even 10 seconds?

Young Hollywood

That was like four seconds.

Young Hollywood

Damn, he's got it down.

Young Hollywood

Have you ever fallen asleep in your chair on set?

Mark Cuban

They feed us so much food, but literally, I I fell asleep.

Mark Cuban

It was one of those times when Kevin was giving a royalty deal, and I knew how it was going to end up.

Mark Cuban

I fell asleep.

Young Hollywood

Never have I ever played a prank on a fellow shark.

Mark Cuban

Lori.

Mark Cuban

Daily to Kevin.

Mark Cuban

I've taken his pen.

Mark Cuban

Fuck, I hate his pen.

Mark Cuban

I put food under his, "Stop."
