Talk about your new song because it's kind of got like a different vibe now, right?

Yeah, I mean it's a more mature feel. It's maybe what's been locked up inside of me for a couple of um, months now that I've been writing. And um, it's got a little bit more soul to it. And I've been experimenting. I've just been having fun with music because there's no limits and boundaries and um, and I want to do it for the rest of my life, so I, I shouldn't be bored. I might as well just keep changing things up.

I don't think you'll be bored. I think you've got a lot going on.

All your friends are pretty much here tonight. Your whole cast from Girl Meets World. Is there, it's like one big party, right?

I know. It is. It's like one big party. Um, and then there's so much new talent, which is so cool to see.

Anyone new that you're loving right now, that people might not know about, like music-wise?

Jordan, who's performing from American Idol has such a phenomenal voice and I heard his sound check and he's really quite the talent. So I'm excited for everyone to see his performance.

Can you give us any hints on your performance tonight? What can we expect?

Fire.

And then it was funny because I saw that Nick Jonas was saying that he wants to take you out because you beat him last year.

Yeah, well, I mean he did say take you out. I don't know if that's what he meant literally. I mean, you have to choose your words carefully or else you're gonna send the wrong message to me.

You pretty much did a genius tweet back to him saying, I like Italian food.

Well, I do. I thought I'd just be honest and hope that he's got a great sense of humor. It's very nice of him to think I'm not creepy. So, yeah.

Did he take you out for Italian or is that Are you gonna hold him to it?

Dates, dates. They, they happen in the future. We have to plan it. Yeah.

Okay. So whether you whoever wins tonight. You still, he still owes you an Italian dinner.

And then Girl Meets World, anything you could tell us, sneak peeks?

Season 3 is happening. We're in the, the, the bare midst of it. And, uh, there's so many guest stars and so many, so many great storylines. I'm really excited for everyone to see it.

And then last, I have to talk about Meghan Trainor, because last time we saw you, you did a musical. And she saw it and retweeted it. It's so beautiful. Um, and you surprised her about her with her nomination, right?

I did. I got to surprise her with her nomination tonight, which is an honor. Um, I was terrified, uh, because I thought I was gonna mess it up. She was very surprised. Then she won a Grammy the next night. So, you know, she's just had a great time.
