It was, it's like a slang. It's a slang in in L. A. out here. It's a street slang. And we were just saying it, talking about it all the time. And then homies like, "Y'all should make a song called tootin' and bootin'." And that's what happened.

So what does it really mean? Tell me the meaning behind tootin' and bootin'.
