Welcome to Young Hollywood. What's up guys? Leslie Robbins here. Young Hollywood is continuing to take over Miami. We are at the opening of the L Spa and we got a one-on-one with the fitness and beauty guru of L Magazine.

All right, so now we're at the L Spa. Tell me what's new and luxurious.

The L editors got together and um every year we count we test about 10,000 products. And so we picked our favorite products and brought them here to the spa. And so when you get a treatment here, you know that it works, it's going to feel great, and you're going to walk out looking beautiful.

Now, every woman of course wants to look beautiful. What is like the in thing in beauty right now versus what we did 10 years ago?

Right now, everyone loves oils. Oils for the hair, oils for the face, oils for the body. It's about adding nutrients back in, not stripping things off, not not exfoliating, not too much microderm abrasion. It's still great to exfoliate, but don't overdo it.

Tell me a little bit about the menu at this spot. What are you offering?

We have amazing Tammy Fender facials. We also have facials from um one of the favorite durms of L editors, Dr. Dennis Gross. Red Flower has made an amazing line of body treatments and we also have I think the best massages in the world. They're amazing. So your basic massage here is is the best and I've tried a lot. I'm also the fitness editor at L and exercise is so key to glowing skin, keeping the circulation going, Pilates, yoga, keeping your your um muscles tone and lean and long. It's great for skin. It's it's very essential.

Tell me, what are the other things in fitness that people are doing these days and what are they just done with?

In New York right now everyone's into um cycling again. So spin classes have made a comeback, who would have thought? I mean, next we're going to have step classes making a comeback, but no, so spin, spin is really, really fun.

All right, Emily, we are in the most gorgeous suite. I think I could camp out here for 24 hours. Tell me a little bit about where we are.

Um, this is the VIP suite. So you can rent this out for uh for the day. Uh, it's your own private space. It looks over the uh right now you can see the party but it looks straight out on the ocean. These beds open up so you can have a pedicure while you're lying down. There's nothing more luxurious than getting a pedicure while you're getting a massage. So you can do it in this room.

Now you guys are throwing a massive bash outside celebrating the launch of this spa. Is this the first of many like globally? What do you think?

Yeah, fingers crossed. I mean, it is the first in the in the world, but um hopefully we'll be hitting many other cities soon.
