What's up guys? Audrey here in Downtown LA where thousands of Otaku have descended for Anime Expo. Now, Otaku culture started in Japan and it's all about fans geeking out over their favorite anime, manga, and of course, cosplay.

I did not anticipate Cup Noodles to be at Anime Expo. This is kind of the last place I thought I would find you.

Every time you go to Anime Con, what's going to be in a hotel room, it's going to be a box of Cup Noodles. So, might as well cosplay as it.

Now, is it everybody's first time at Anime Expo?

First time.

And what do you think?

I can't believe how many people there are actually here in one building. You can look out the window and you'll still see a lot of people just like walking across the street in their costumes and it's just really cool to see a lot of people who are excited about one similar thing and they're all willing and vulnerable to put on a costume and just be their character.

I saw these guys from across the Convention Center and I had to stop them. Please explain your cosplay today.

So, we like to call ourselves the Swoler Scouts. So, basically, we went through an intense gym regiment to just get in perfect condition like the Sailor Scouts are on TV. You know, and then kind of recreate their outfits in gymwear. You gotta look swole, you know. It's summertime. We gotta look good.

Well, for everyone at home, what is Anime Expo like?

Anime Expo, I think it's a very unique culmination of people who love anime and cherish it so much. You can't really get this sort of experience anywhere else. It's a really good opportunity to gush out your own flavors that you really like about anime and share with everyone else.

It's all about Otaku culture, right?

Definitely. Guns out, guns out.
