Who knew that you'd be in the taco game?

I never thought I would be. And uh, it's funny that I am because on the red carpet and stuff, I would do movie things and all that and be interviewed by people like you. And there'd be other celebrities in front of me and they'd be like, well, uh, yeah, I just opened up my restaurant and all this. And I'd be sitting there like, really? I'm listening to this right now. And then I'd come up and the next interviewer person would be like, well, what have you, do you have a restaurant or anything? I'd be like, no, but I have all these taco stands everywhere. I'm selling talk this. So, I used to throw it out to the world jokingly. And next thing you know, here I am.

So, what is your favorite dish on the menu?

Well, one of them, we're really hoping to get. Hang on. Hey, Blake, can I get a al pastor taco?

Al pastor taco. I didn't know I was going to be stuffing my face this interview.

Oh well, let's talk about Jackass, of course. That's, that's what you're, you're primarily known for.

Okay. Yeah.

Now, what was one stunt where you were like, I could possibly end up in the hospital, or have you ended up in the hospital before?

Um, knock on wood. Okay. Not from Jackass. I've never. I've gotten pretty hurt on Jackass, but not in the hospital.

Now what stunt, what's one stunt?

One of the stunts though was, uh, thank you. There you go. One of the stunts was, uh, when Preston and I did the double bungee in the second film. Okay. I thought I was like, I'm just going to do it. I thought I was going to go, bungee. We were going to crash midair, and then, like, I was going to get knocked out and drown. Or I thought, okay, I'm going to land in it, and he's going to land on top of me and knock me out and still drown. Yes. But somehow we pulled it off, and it worked exactly the way Bam thought of this one. And he goes, it was exactly how I dreamt of it. Perfect. Thank God, that would have been scary getting crushed by Preston. Oh, yeah.

It is. Isn't it? Now, how did you get involved with Chronic Tacos?

Well, my buddy, Blake, Okay. He's the guy in the red hat who brought the taco on. He and I have known each other since I was five. And we always like after I did movie success, he thought, well, let's do something that's successful, hopefully, you know, because you never know, that we can continue forever. I thought, well, what could we do? He went by Chronic Taco and he said, man, this place is amazing. We don't have any in our home town. Right. Let's do one. And I said, well, connect me to the owner. If I even like the person first and want to do business with them, then we'll go from there. So, we had a meeting at one of the Chronics about, like, 8:00 at night. I ate there, I loved it. The guy was super cool. To my personality, his name is Randy. Awesome. And uh, we went out all night, partied, had fun, and we're like, okay, we're doing business together. Let's do this. This is our other favorite, uh, item here is the California burrito. Okay. It has french fries, everything in it, and uh, you want to try this?

How you want to see how everything's made? And there, yeah. Of course. All right, jump. Hey, Heather, will you make us the al pastor taco just like how we had it. Al pastor is spicy pork. Okay. And we also cook it with pineapple. You see, you can see all the pineapple pieces and stuff like that. We prep every. We don't have freezers or anything. Everything's brought to us daily. All the fresh meat. We prepare it for our lunch crowds, get it ready, and then we just keep it right here, keep it warm. It, and people love it. You tasted it.

I did. I loved it.

So. So, it starts out, we just put the meat on there, warm the tortillas up. So, we'll do cheese, standard issue. Do it just like we had it just now. Lime. Guacamole. Fresh. Back there made every day. And uh

We had chili verde. Verde sauce. It was amazing.

It's my favorite. A little bit of cabbage on top. And voilà. That's it.

Voilà. So, basically

You have a tasty taco. Yeah. Then you just go pay and eat. Awesome. Everyone's happy. Let's go. I'm going to go eat this one too. You want to eat that one? Yeah. Okay. The Cali burrito. Starts out tortilla. You put the french fries right on the tortilla. Then you put the cheese. The way to do it. It's method of madness right here. The cheese goes right on the french, the french fries, and it melts. Right. I'm going to do the carne asada. It's probably the most people order the carne asada. Comes with with guacamole. Okay. Add some, you know, some onions on there. Green sauce is my favorite. Verde, tomatillo, whatever you want to call it. Cabbage for some crunch. And that's it. I mean, it's pretty basic, but it's pretty tasty.

It's insane. If, let's say, the chef were to get sick on any given day, could you jump in the back kitchen and and and whip some stuff up?

Oh, yeah. Yeah. I might need to, like, on the front counter area, I might have to bring in like a skateboard and stand on it to give me a little leverage so I could reach everything. But other than that,
