Hey Young Hollywood, I'm Roxanne Steordia and we're here at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas for the opening of Arga.

What do you love about Arga, Robert?

I like Italian food.

We started Arga and he's a terrific chef and restaurant tour and well, Las Vegas is a perfect place to open a restaurant.

What's your favorite Italian dish?

Don't make it hard for me.

I like mozzarella, I think.

Fresh mozzarella.

I am here for the grand opening of Arga.

It's the new amazing Italian restaurant at the Hard Rock Hotel, which is my new partner and my personal nightclub.

So I'm here to show some love for Arga and for Hard Rock.

What do you love about Arga?

Just the whole feel of the place.

I've been able to check out a couple of the other properties and for it to be coming to Las Vegas, it's something new, something fresh.

It's not the same old steakhouse.

It's typical Italian food from the north.

Very light, very simple.

Lots of olive oil, a lot of pasta, fresh pasta, made pasta.

We got steak in good burning.

I love Las Vegas.

I'm very excited about Las Vegas.

It's all hard.

Life is hard.
