Extraordinary is a good thing to be, right?

Yeah.

It came to me.

I was like, jewelry, jewelry extraordinaire.

I like it.

Okay, so that's your new title.

If you could tell me how you two paired up to do what you're doing.

I had actually seen your stuff before because Adam Lambert, I had talked to him about stuff and then all of his fans told me that he had designed a necklace, so I looked it up and then I saw Penny Royal.

We got in contact and they were like, would you like to do it?

I was like, what, what do you, what do you mean?

And they were like, do you want to design a piece?

And I was like, yes.

The design of the necklace, was that the design you had in mind originally?

The design changed on a daily basis.

I was drawing different things and one night I drew these two little people and put something under it and I was like, yes, okay, this is it.

This is the one I'm giving.

It says suki desu underneath it.

I'm in love with Japanese culture and um, learning Japanese.

And uh, suki desu is basically a way to say I love you in kind of a more casual way.

What do you think about Jordan's design?

I think it's great.

That casual I like you, I love you sort of phrase, I think really speaks to the concept of the signature collection too, which is to try and help people, you know, sort of make that statement.

How does it feel to you to be able to be sitting here and be doing what you're doing, making a piece of jewelry and and donating it to charity and your charity, which I know is Mad as well, M. A. D. Tell me how that feels to be where you are.

It feels really good.

I mean, I've always wanted to be able to give back to, you know, the people who helped me before everything happened and also to people that, you know, need it the most.

I've always loved giving things.

I love seeing the look on people's faces, whether it's, you know, giving my brother a hug or, you know, giving a necklace to a friend or something like that.

Like I love being able to do that.

When American Idol happened, me and my mom were kind of sitting down and brainstorming and just thinking like I can actually I can use my name to do something bigger than myself.

I can use my name to to give back to other people who may not be able to do what I get to do.

What would you say that your fashion style is right now?

Pretty much anything that feels comfortable.

Things are starting back up, so things are starting to get really, really busy.

So it's not like I can wear heels and a dress and get all made up every single day, which I probably wouldn't do anyway, but I'm more of just like what you see here, flip-flops, jeans and a cute shirt.

I kind of just like the funky fresh sort of stuff, but, you know, always looking for some good stuff.

You can find some great things in vintage stores.

You can find stuff on sale.

It doesn't have to be $500 to be cute.
