Hey Young Hollywood, I'm Chudney. Tonight Hollywood's brightest young stars have come out in order to encourage young Americans to register and vote in the 2008 presidential elections.

I am here with America's favorite hero. Why was it important for you to be a part of this event tonight?

It was just a good cause and it's something that I believe in and I wanted to help get the word out.

Are you registered? Are you ready to vote?

I'm registered and I'm ready to vote. I have a a couple of people I'm behind. I actually have all the debates on on Tvo, so I have to go home and watch them.

I'm here with Kristen Bell.

I personally really believe in declare yourself. I think that it's really important to help 18 year-olds understand that it's a total new world when you turn 18 with a whole bunch of possibilities, but also responsibilities. that those responsibilities don't have to be burdensome that it can actually be empowering and declare yourself. It lets people know that that information's at your fingertips and that you can learn about candidates and make a decision that um you think would best fit America.

I'm here with Nick Cannon. How are you doing tonight?

I'm great. I'm DJing, I'm getting it popping and it's all about voting, making a choice, getting it hot, keeping it hot, keeping it going. You know how we do.

Justin Timberlake just arrived. It's very a lot of mayhem.

That is the dude right there. He is very talented man and very sexy. If I wanted to be a white man, that's the white man I'd be.

When I was 18, it seemed like such a pain to get registered. declare yourself has ironic, has made it easy. This website is so fabulous. You can actually go and download your registration and then mail it in. If it was only that easy when I turned 18.

We've all been involved since we were 18 and like to think that nowadays kids feel the same and they feel even more passionate.

Do you guys have one candidate you're following?

Ron Paul.

No, not RuPaul. Although I'm a big fan of RuPaul. No, Ron Paul. Where she at? or he? I actually saw him at the movie theater the other day. That is a weird person.

I'm here with Jonathan Lipnicki. So you can't vote yet. Why was it important for you to be a part of this?

Basically, it's been stressed in my family ever since uh I talked to my grandfather about it. He was a Holocaust survivor. He feels very strongly about if you want to change something, you can. He he didn't have the choice to change things when he was younger. The important thing if you want to change things, you can. If you want to keep some things that you like the same way, you can. So it's it's def it's definitely of utmost importance.
