Paris Hilton at A Pre-Oscar Party

Welcome to Younghollywood. com. Hey everybody, it's Michelle Marie. We are here at the Star Studded Haven house celebrating the Oscars with celebrity lines from Paris Hilton, Russell Simmons, and Taryn Manning.

What made you decide to do this show?

I love fashion and um I've already done runway shows with my clothing line, but it's the first time that my shoe line has been on the runway. So, excited to see it. My girl Taryn Manning is having her show tonight and the girls are wearing my shoes, so it's exciting.

What was the first pair of shoes that you actually bought yourself?

Probably heels. I've always loved heels.

You've done perfume, you have footwear line, clothing line, your sister has a handbag line, you're doing it all.

I'm doing everything, but the next step is doing real estate, having my own hotels and own properties and restaurants and night clubs.

You're getting paparazzi'd all the time. How much time does it really take to get ready?

I can get ready in like half hour. I'm quick. Especially with the new short haircut, it's really fast.

And what is your favorite word if you can pick one word?

Sexy.

We're here for the launch of Argyle Culture. What can you tell us about the line?

It's a little more subtle this time. You know, spring obviously is a place because it's a time for more color, but even though it's subtle and toned down, it still has a personality that speaks. The idea was the urban graduate. I did come from hip hop.

Your line is also sharing the stage with Taryn Manning, Paris Hilton, and different celebrities that, you know, are obviously merging with fashion.

It's very nice when celebrities choose to express themselves through design. If you have a good sense of style and you express it in your line, then over a period of time you become credible. But it doesn't happen like you just throw your name on something. People are mostly smarter than that.

We are here with Taryn and Tara of Four Unicorn. What a star studded event. You guys had Paris Hilton here, Queen Latifah, Russell Simmons is out there. Now we know that Paris came basically for you guys and Queen Latifah as well.

We've been friends with Dana Queen Latifah for many years. And then we decided to use Paris's shoes because she's a good friend of ours and so she came.

Oscar weekend is obviously huge. Any movies that you loved?

I think The Wrestler, Mickey Rourke is a great comeback and he should be very proud of himself.

You're no stranger to the Oscars with your movie Hustle & Flow. What is it like having a movie that's nominated?

Even just this, like as our fashion apart of the Oscars, is just as fulfilling as the movie thing.
