Selena Gomez Brings All The Feels In Her New Single "Lose You To Love Me"!

Selena Gomez officially made her solo return to music early this morning as promised, and she’s baring her most personal truth yet with her long-awaited single, "Lose You To Love Me". Sure, she made us all cry an endless stream of tears before bed, but the songstress surely did not disappoint with the heartbreaking ballad that is just as much the self-love proclamation that we all needed to hear.

Much to our pleasant surprise, the song was accompanied by the release of a very personal (so personal it was shot on an iPhone 11 Pro) black-and-white music video which includes a variety of close-ups of a raw and emotional Selena. The video is set as if she’s sitting down in front of her former lover (or perhaps herself) sharing her experience in the relationship for the first time and what she’s learned since finding closure. And seriously, it gives me all the chills.

The single and music video arrive after a week-long promotion on the singer’s Instagram page that included childhood shots, recent photographs, and lyrical snippets. There is no word yet on an album, but rest assured, it is definitely coming. In the meantime, we’ll be glued to her social media waiting for the next tease.
