Amazing news, Directioners! Your favorite heartthrob boy band One Direction has announced that their new album Four will drop this November on the 17th, and it can be pre-ordered now. The announcement came yesterday via a video on their website along with a new track from the album.
ICYMI:
Although the five-member band has been on the road for their worldwide Where We Are Tour, they still managed to find time to work on Four. The boys also mention that this is their most personal album to date, and they're are hoping that this new album will break even more records than their last one, Midnight Memories.
Midnight Memories debuted as number one on the U.S. Billboard charts, making them the first group in history to debut as number one in the country with one of their first three albums. We can only expect Four to do just as well. Their newly-released track, "Fireproof", has already driven the fans to a drunken happiness. Many have taken to social media such as Twitter to express their joy, and some have even changed their user names to the song title. 1D followers were also able to download it for a limited time straight from their website. Niall Horan (who just turned 21) said the reason for the free track was “because you supported us so much we wanted to give something back.”
So, all you Directioners, pre-order the new album, Four, now! You can also get a free wristband with the standard store version, or go deluxe for the wristband and a free personalized print. But if you want to see them in the flesh soon, their next stop will be in Pasadena, California, to perform at the Rosebowl this Friday, September the 12!
