Our next new "Stranger Things" star is Cary Elwes, who plays Mayor Kline in the third season. The English actor and writer is best known from his role as Westley in the '80s classic The Princess Bride. We still don’t know much of anything about Cary’s new character; however, the most recent trailer of "Stranger Things 3" was able to shed a little light.
