Everyone now and then wants to escape into a fantasy world of romance, danger, mystery, and magic, and movies can give that to us! Whether set in medieval times or the 1900s, there are plenty of adventure films that will make you want to explore the world!

 

1. The Count Of Monte Cristo (2002)

This incredible film based on the classic book by Alexandre Dumas and Auguste Maquet is about a man wrongfully imprisoned and his journey to get revenge on those who wronged him. The stellar cast, set design, story, and music will make you want to jump into the screen when you see this film! A heroic journey with some inspirational life lessons, this film is a must-watch! 2. The Green Knight (2021)

This fantastic film, based on the classic Sir Gawain story, is about one of King Arthur's knights who is challenged to a beheading game by a green knight.
