Zayn Malik: 'Gigi Hadid is my inspiration'

Zayn Malik revealed girlfriend Gigi Hadid is his greatest "inspiration".

Zayn earned serious boyfriend points after he shared a picture of girlfriend Gigi, telling her how much she inspires him.

The former One Direction star posted a racy picture of the runway model wearing a black dress cut low on the sides, alongside the caption: "Saw your face and got inspired."

Zayn's comments came on the day he released his second track from his forthcoming album.

News of his new single Like I Would, taken from his upcoming debut album Mind of Mine, was soon trending on Twitter accompanied by the hashtag #newZingle.

Fans went wild for the catchy R&B, electro sound from the ex-boyband singer, along with his soulful vocals.

Others, however, were quick to point out similarities between the song, and 1D's I Would - a track from the group's 2012 album Take Me Home.

On Wednesday (09Mar16) Zayn was seen on location in Manchester, England, filming his latest music video.

The singer and his 30-strong film crew headed to the city to shoot the highly-anticipated follow-up single to his debut single Pillowtalk, reports British newspaper the Manchester Evening News.

Zayn's album Mind of Mine is due for release on March 25. His debut single Pillowtalk went to number one in the UK and US earlier this year (16).
