Zac Efron and Chris Hemsworth to present MTV Movie Awards
Zac Efron, Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron are taking on presenting duties at the upcoming Mtv Movie Awards.
The High School Musical actor and his Neighbours co-star Seth Rogen will hand out a golden popcorn prize at the 25th anniversary of the movie awards show, which will take place on 10 April (16) from the Warner Bros. Studios in California, according to People.com.
The pair previously presented Best Kiss with their Neighbours
co-star Dave Franco in 2014 and kissed one lucky audience member
each as part of their skit, although Seth ended up making out with
a older woman, who he dubbed "Mom".
Zac has won Best Shirtless Performance for the last two years in
2014 and 2015, for That Awkward Moment and Neighbours respectively.
He let Rita Ora tear off his shirt to expose his ripped torso
onstage as he accepted the award last year (15).
The Huntsman: Winter's War stars Chris, Charlize and Jessica
Chastain are also lined up to present an award, ETonline.com
reports. Charlize has been nominated for three awards for her role
in Mad Max: Fury Road. She could walk away with a golden popcorn of
her own for Best Female Performance, Best Hero and Best Fight with
Tom Hardy.
Model Gigi Hadid and upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse star Olivia Munn
will also hand out trophies, reports MTV.com. Further performers
and presenters are yet to be announced.
Hosts Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Kevin Hart are currently
starring in comedy sketches which play on their differing body
types to promote the show. In one sketch, they argue over who is
better between fictional superhero Ant-Man and The Incredible Hulk,
with diminutive Kevin choosing Ant-Man.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens looks set to be the big winner on the
night with eleven nominations.
