Usher told to reopen ex-wife's designer store account

A judge has ordered Usher to reopen his ex-wife's account at a top designer store as part of their bitter child custody battle.

The Yeah! hitmaker is seeking sole custody of their two young sons amid allegations stylist Tameka Foster has been trying to interfere with his visitation hours as outlined in a prior joint custody agreement.

Tameka Foster has denied the accusation and the former couple, which divorced in 2009 after two years of marriage, has been fighting over the case in Fulton County Court in Georgia for months.

A judge is currently deciding over a custody deal, but the court returned two orders to Usher as part of its deliberation - insisting the singer must reopen the credit card in Tameka Foster's name at Saks Fifth Avenue after closing it last year (11) and also pay out for his ex's nanny bills, according to TMZ.com.

A decision on custody is expected in the next few days.
