Tom Hardy to play both Kray twins in new film
British actor Tom Hardy will play both of London's infamous Kray twins in a new movie about the notorious crime bosses.
The Inception star has been linked to the project about brothers Ronnie and Reggie Kray, who ruled London's organized crime scene in the 1950s and 1960s, since earlier this year (14).
The star confirms he has started work on the movie, and reveals he
will portray both twins on the big screen.
He says, "I'm on that right now. I've got to work out how to play
both twins, which will be fun. It's another experiment and I'm
really looking forward to it. I'm not going to put too much
pressure on myself, I just want to have some fun and see what's out
there and explore with the work.
"The more of a challenge I give myself, the easier it is to take on
more projects which are complicated in the future, if that makes
sense.
"It might not be the greatest movie in the world, but that's not
the pressure you put on yourself. You never know what you're going
to get."
Spandau Ballet stars and siblings, Gary and Martin Kemp, played the
gangsters in 1990's The Krays.
