Tom Fletcher eyes TV role

Mcfly star Tom Fletcher wants a role as a judge on U.K. TV talent show The Voice.

Fletcher has revealed his rejection when auditioning for pop rock band Busted has given him the drive to help others in a similar situation, and he wants to use his experience to guide those who are struggling to find fame.

He tells British newspaper the Daily Star, "I'd love to do something like The Voice. I'd take my responsibilities very seriously. We've all had rejection. My whole career was based on McFly being born from me not getting the original Busted audition."

Fletcher now performs with his McFly bandmates and the stars of Busted in supergroup McBusted.
