The Client List cancelled after two seasons

Jennifer Love Hewitt's TV series The Client List has been cancelled.

Producers launched the series in 2012 after the success of the 2010 Lifetime movie of the same name, in which Hewitt played a housewife-turned-erotic masseuse.

She wrapped filming on its second season in June (13), but network bosses at Lifetime have since decided to axe the project after negotiations with Hewitt fell apart over creative differences.

The actress, who is also an executive producer for the show, reportedly wanted to write her real-life engagement to co-star Brian Hallisay and pregnancy into the storyline, but the other producers were not keen on the idea.
