Taylor Swift among Country Music Awards of Australia winners
Taylor Swift was among the stars celebrated at the Country Music Awards of Australia (CMAA) ceremony Down Under over the weekend (25-26Jan14).
The Love Story star landed a Golden Guitar prize for her hit record Red, which was named Top Selling International Album Of The Year during the ceremony in Tamworth, Australia on Saturday night (25Jan14).
Swift, who missed out on the Album of the Year prize at the Grammys
a day later (26Jan14), was not present to collect her trophy.
Other big winners at the ceremony included Lee Kernaghan, who was
named Male Artist Of The Year, while his track Flying With The King
was hailed as Single of the Year, and Sara Storer, who collected
Female Artist Of The Year and the night's top prize, Album Of The
Year, for Lovegrass.
Country veteran Ted Egan was presented with a Lifetime Achievement
Award.
