Tami Erin arrested over assault allegations

Actress Tami Erin was arrested in California on Thursday (11Apr13) over allegations of assault.
The 38 year old, famed for playing the title role in the 1988 movie The New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking, was placed under citizen's arrest by a neighbor after she was heard arguing with a male roommate, who called out for help.
Police arrived at the scene and Erin was booked for assault,
according to TMZ.com.
The actress was released on Friday morning (12Apr13) and the case
has been passed to the District Attorney for review.
