Stars salute 'brave' Frank Ocean
Rocker Pete Wentz and Scissor Sisters frontman Jake Shears are among the stars who have applauded Frank Ocean for opening up about his sexuality in a candid blog post.
The Novacane hitmaker stunned fans after writing on his Tumblr.com page about how he fell in love with a male friend when he was just 19 years old.
Now a host of stars have taken to Twitter.com to heap praise on the
singer for his brave step, with openly gay Shears writing, "Go on
Frank Ocean" and Wentz urging followers to "be brave and real like
Frank Ocean".
Ocean's Odd Future groupmate Tyler, the Creator writes, "My big
brother finally did that. Proud of that n**ga cause I know that is
difficult..." while British singer Ed Sheeran adds, "Big up Frank
Ocean."
Rapper Speech Debelle writes, "Frank Ocean didn't 'come out', he
just let us in. Letting people in is what a true artist does. He is
honest and brave."
