Teen pop star Shawn Mendes has landed a major modelling contract.
The Stitches singer,17, inked a deal with top agency Wilhelmina Models, company bosses announced on Monday (04Jan16).
Canada-born Mendes had a breakout 2015, with his debut album
reaching number one on the Billboard Top 200 chart, and he was also
named on Forbes magazine's annual 30 Under 30 list of influential
artists.
Mendes joins a star-studded roster of both models and musicians at
Wilhelmina, including Demi Lovato, Nick Jonas, and Echosmith's
Sydney Sierota.
