Sharon Osbourne writing children's book
Sharon Osbourne is writing a children's book based on the Disney TV program she voices.
The X Factor judge provides the voice of Captain Hook's mother in Disney show Jake and the Never Land Pirates and she is now penning a book set within the fantasy universe of the TV hit.
It will follow Osbourne's character Mama Hook on adventures with
others from the show and is due for release in the U.K. next year
(14).
Osbourne says, "I have such a wonderful time playing Mama Hook on
Jake and the Never Land Pirates. To be able to take that role to
the book world and share Mama Hook's stories with families around
the world is an honor. I hope kids enjoy reading Mama Hook's pirate
tales and continue to fall in love with her, just as I have.''
Osbourne is partnering with Disney Worldwide Publishing and
Parragon Books for the project, titled Jake and the Never Land
Pirates: Mama Hook Knows Best.
